ISTE's ICOT - Classroom Observation Tool

If you didn't get a chance to see this new tool to assist you with determining teacher integration and instructional practices. Check this site out. Register for free and complete an evaluation about your own instructional practices. http://icot.craftyspace.com/ Teachers and administrators can utilize this tool for identifying strengths and weaknesses in instructional technology practices. Today at NECC

So as I try to enter the first three am sessions that I found interesting, it seemed near impossible. I was not even that late, but the rooms were completely full. I am just wondering how I will get to see and experience it all!!! I am hoping to take as much in and enjoy what comes my way. Can't wait to share as well. It will be great to finally meet so many people that I have chatted with over the past year.

Cheryl, please share this info with other PA teachers, CFF coaches, people in CFF schools, or PA teachers who are ready to "go global."
This is a great way to get ready to use project-based, collaborative learning with ePals this fall. (ePals is free too!)

It's a free 10-hour summer course, all virtual, 4 hours of webinar and the rest "working" time, with Act 48 credit.
We have a few more spaces in the ePals section, and I would love to have a great group!

CFF is hosting 4 virtual camps during the months of July and August 2009. Participants will attend a one-hour webinar each week and learn the ins and outs of your chosen topic. You’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned by submitting a project that is due at the end of camp.

We are presenting on similar topics at NECC. Mine is on Web 2.0 Tools Differentiate Instruction and we (I have a co presenter) are on the program Wednesday at 10:30 am in the Grand Hyatt Lone Star Ballroom E. What about you?
