Annelise,
Just in case you did not connect with Second Life folks, please feel free to contact me. I am Bill Freese at Montana State University, and, like most ISTE Second Life folks, I would be more than happy to help you get connected.
I tried to sign up once and then for some reason I couldn't log back in with my username, and I lost patience with it. I am going to try again. Yes, I really enjoy Leslie Fisher too. I always try to get to one of her sessions when she is on the program.
Annelise,
Thanks for your contact. It's been a few years now since we first met at NECC in Seattle (I think it was there - maybe San Diego).
I know you were at MACUL this past March, but I'm not sure if we got to talk.
Your venture into K-12 education is now a few years old - I hope things are continuing to go well.
Just saw an awesome session! We learned new ways to use PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in math...the examples were wonderful, and we learned so many new tricks! It was fantastic!
