WILL technology experts explain why the extreme advancement in the atomic mass levels of each element, is being ignored.The extreme use of the atomic mass zero levels allow for undetectable Nuclear data transmittions.Which is outside the U.S. mainstream understanding.Should this reamain under ground?Even though proven.
