I love Tom Chapin's video of "Not on the Test." :-) Here's another video I really liked that was sung by a father to his second grade daughter: "You Are Better than a Test" performed with a ukele. :-)

I saw yesterday the video it is great, we have been working on asesement for and of learning during this last year... and we are having big changes in our classrooms.
Students enjoy their classes and they don't want to leave because they feel they are part of their learning environment.
Here we evaluate the learning process of the student, and the student is involved in his learning process as well as his assesment.
In this process there is no competence in grades, students understand how they learn while they receive their peer feedaback , teachers feedback, because there is a time for the student to reflec on his doubts or mistakes so that he can modify it and continue with the process, Students are so involved in this proces that they now know that they are learning and why they didnt learn before.
Their assesment is telling them how much they are learning and they no longer are failing they are having learning experiences that will help them in the next learning processes.
This helps us teachers to understand how we can help the student. changing our learning environment according to their needs . So this process not only helps our students but also helps the teacher understand more how to teach , assess, and have some time with her/his students to reflect on the assesment so the they can change their teaching and learning levels.
