First of all, I have to say this was my first NECC and it was fabulous....overwhelming.....inspiring. But now I need to pick your brains even more. What are your feelings about the use of technology in programming at informal science institutions? I work at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and we are increasingly finding ways to incorporate techology into our student/professional development programming in order to make it more hands-on, interesting to the students, asynchronous when need be, etc. I'm assuming from the enthusiasm I saw at the conference, that you would love the idea.....but what about your pencil and paper peers? Will this scare them away from using the Zoo as a educational resource?
