Novice Question :)

I will be traveling to Beijing for the Paralympic Games in Sept. and want to share the experience with my students in Oregon. I am trying to determine the "best" way for me to do this. Real time web cam? Video posting? Podcast?

My dream is for schools across the United States to be able to view the data from Beijing and learn about these diverse professional athletes.
